This notice covers Medtech Outbound and this website. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type in: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we hold your message and your address. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might be sending you your Reachable Buyer Map, replying to a question, or arranging a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any time, we stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then we delete them.

Who sees it

The people at Medtech Outbound who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or share them with anyone for their own use.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it loads a font.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to freya.payne@medtechoutbound.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
